A one day conference addressing the question
What would Responsible Aviation look like?
The aviation industry faces real challenges in seeking to become more sustainable, this conference programme has been put together to provide an opportunity to hear from academics and others about the challenges, and from some industry speakers about what they are doing, and what more could be done to make aviation more sustainable.
Due to generous sponsorship from Manchester Airport and with support from Thomas Cook the ICRT is able to provide this one day conference without charge.
Friday June 17th in the Concorde Suite at Manchester Airport
10:00 Registration opens
10:15 Shuttle bus from the Bus Station opposite the Railway Station at the airport – this allows for arrival by rail from London on the Friday morning. For those wishing to stay overnight there are a number of hotels at the airport, and the venue is only 30 minutes from central Manchester.
